Returns

At Nish, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Items that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. If you need an exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order details.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by Nish.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.
